Watchman Monitoring is growing fast and is looking to hire two additional team members to help our subscribers.
Prerequisites:
- Desire to help others.
- Ability to empathize with various points of view.
- Someone who enjoys answering support tickets from some of the smartest IT people around.
Location:
- Ideally you’ll be located in Baton Rouge and can spend 3+ days per week in our office.
- Equal preference will be given to candidates who have used Watchman Monitoring for over a year, regardless of location.
Responsibilities
- Field support requests via email, chat, or phone.
- Answer the questions you know, escalate the ones you don’t.
- Follow up with new subscribers to help them through their free trial.
- Take good notes of any interaction which doesn’t otherwise end up in a ticket.
- Submit feature requests on behalf of our subscribers, and of your own when you see ways to improve.
