What’s with all the “Improved reporting”? Where we were sending a generic error before, the errors are clearer now. In any case, by the time Watchman Monitoring reported an error, there was a problem with the computer – and we were reporting when work needed to be done!
Watchman Monitoring’s best-in-class reporting is just reporting when there are problems. Systems like FileWave, Absolute Manage, and Jamf’s Casper Suite are there for when a service provider wants to manage the computer. Watchman Monitoring will never write information to your clients’ computer – but starting with version 5.0.6 we offer a preliminary means of integrating with other full fledged management systems. Setup an Appointment to learn more, and we’ll post full instructions once this integration is laid out.
