From time to time, we are asked to provide support for tasks which help take advantage of our product, but are not directly related to the usage of Watchman Monitoring directly. To help address this need, we offer an assortment of professional services to help bring our subscribers’ implementations to the next level. We will generally begin with a preliminary consultation to get an idea of your organization, your desired implementation, and review your needs. From that initial assessment, we will present a recommendation of services.

Needs and implementation review for your organization and desired integration(s). - HTTPS Setup on a dedicated host – $100
Secure web site traffic using an existing SSL (TLS) Certificate. - Web Form Creation – $100
Creation of a web form using Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, or other familiar form creation tools. - Registrar Login Retrieval – $30
Required if a change in DNS Records is needed, and the registrar login information is not known. - SPF/DKIM Configuration – $150
Improve your email delivery rates by incorporating Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and domain keys identified mail (DKIM), into your DNS settings. - Form pre-fill via URL Parameters – $150
Streamline form usage by sending data from one form to another, including auto-enrollment and enrollment codes. - Advanced Ticket System Management – $150/hour
Assistance with taking your Zendesk or help desk to the next level with advanced tools, techniques and automations. - Service Desk Integration – $150/hour
