Historically, our first meeting will contain some of the most valuable information we can share with you and will be treated as billable time.
Within the first hour, it should be apparent if we are going to be a good fit for each other.
If either party feels the business relationship will not be mutually beneficial, we can end our first visit with no charge.
Our support agreement has proven quite popular. Because it allows us to better support our regular clients, time is billed at a $30 discount ($120/hour).
For clients who are not interested in the support agreement, our standard consulting rate is $150 an hour.
We share travel time with our clients by counting billable time from when we leave our office to the time when we leave yours.
