It’s the time of the year for giving, and we’re happy to present you with another Watchman Monitoring Server update.

 

One-click Issue Muting, Custom Branding, API, and Integrations

Starting today, emailed problem reports include one-click issue muting (at 7- and 30-day intervals) and are streamlined to better integrate into all ticketing systems.

We’ve also been hard at work updating the Custom Branding interface to support our upcoming Support Menu. Additionally, this release includes support for version 2.0 of our API and the results of our work with the fine folks at Monkey Box to bring you an integration with their asset management solution.

 

Moving Forward

Today’s release lays the groundwork for some great features to be introduced in the coming year. We’re very excited about the upcoming features and thank you all for your feedback, requests and kudos.
