Watchman Monitoring does not look for, process, or retain any protected health information. For those reasons, our product should pass HIPAA audits.

Watchman Monitoring has partnered with HIPAA Secure Now for audits and training.

The following PHI/HIPAA related content will never be collected

• User-created content.
• Screenshots or images of any kind.
• Information displayed on a computer’s screen, including screenshots or browser activity.

Potential Personally identifiable information we may collect

• The username of the last logged in user.
• Email addresses associated with certain cloud backup solutions, if in use.
• The sharing name of the computer itself.
